Privacy at Colorize.AI

Short version: we collect what we need to run the app, we do not sell your data, and parents control child-related content.

Effective: July 1, 2026

What we collect

  • Account info: email, name, avatar (including via Google sign-in).
  • Content you create: prompts, uploads, generated pages, colored artwork, gallery saves.
  • Payments: selected PDF pack, page balance where applicable, transaction IDs from Stripe or Midtrans. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: session cookies, device/browser info, error logs, and usage needed to run the service safely.

How we use it

  • Generate and save coloring pages, manage credits, and operate your account.
  • Prevent abuse, fix errors, and measure whether features work.
  • Handle support, billing, and privacy requests.

Children

  • Colorize.AI is for parents and guardians. Children should not create accounts or submit personal data without a parent.
  • Parents may request review, correction, export, or deletion of a child-related prompt, upload, page, or account data.
  • We do not sell personal information or use child data for behavioral advertising.

Retention & sharing

  • Gallery and account data are kept while your account is active.
  • Payment and security records may be kept as required for billing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
  • We use hosting, storage, AI, auth, analytics, email, and payment providers. They process data only to run Colorize.AI.
